Shipping policy

All items are usually shipped between 3-5 business days. Larger items may sometimes require a Uship quote to avoid cost prohibitive shipping freight costs charged by common carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. The bid process can take up 14 days. If your item is a large item or you need expedited shipping, please contact us at (214) 301-0337 or (214) 901-2390 and we will make every effort to speed up the process or provide your with freight quotes. Shipping rates do not apply to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Alaska, please contact us for a quote if you reside in those areas.
