Refund policy

We make every effort to satisfy our customers and in order for us to continue providing vintage, collectibles and antiques at affordable prices, we ask you to please check the pictures and descriptions of the items before purchasing. Please check your item(s) when it arrives to make sure that is operational and nothing is broken. If you are requesting a refund, please contact us by phone at 214-901-2390 if there is anything wrong with your order or the item(s) are broken, so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier. 

Refunds for items that are simply a change of mind, will require the customer to ship the item back at their own expense, and will have a 15% restocking fee assessed. We are very accessible and flexible with every transaction and sometimes partial refunds will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
